COLUMBUS

    The Hacienda
Its a chain of some sort that replaced another mexican chain in the same spot in the mall. As soon as you are in the door you are greeted by a cabinet with a variety of Habanero Sauces for you to choose from for your heat enjoyment. Only place Ive seen that ever offered a few kinds to choose from.

    Tapatio's
3545 West Highway 89A, just outside Cottonwood.
This place is run not like a chain. Not a good english speaking hispanic in the whole place hehehe. And the food isnt chain food either. I recommend the Fajitas Jalisco with Shrimp. Very Tasty. More than enough to eat. Also another thing that I like is that every dish that requires cheese (nachos, tacos, fajitas, etc) has generous portions of a spicy pepper jack cheese rather than plain ole mozza cheese. I chow and they have to roll me out every time I go there. :-)
