Simply put, this site is but one of many Chile recipe sites. I hope you will find this collection unique,
beneficial and easy to use. These recipes have been ferreted out from every corner of the "net", with the most
important being the Chile-Head mailing list. With its incredible subscriber base and vast wealth of
knowledge concerning everything chile, Without their help and wisdom, this site would not be possible.

In every case, all information that could be obtained
about the origin of these recipes has been documented and appears at
the end of each Recipe. If a recipe does not have the author's or submitters name,
I apologize, but I can only go on what I'm given.If you recognize one of these "faceless"
recipes, please let me know so that I may give credit where credit is due. I must point out that while I have tried many of
dishes contained within these pages, there still remains many that
I have not yet experienced. I therefore must state that the standard disclaimers apply.
