    Hot Chicken Artichoke Dip

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic -- minced
  • 8 chipotle peppers -- minced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts -- chopped
  • Mix and bake in pie pan at 350F for 25 minutes.

    Serve with industrial strength tortilla chips. Stand back and accept the applause.
