|Knock-out Shitake Teaser|
Soak the dried Shitake mushrooms in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain. Remove and discard the stems. Cut mushrooms into stripes. In small saucepan mix the ingredients for the sauce. Add several of the finely chopped, sherry infused chilies. Add the mushrooms and saute until the sauce thickens. Enjoy the heat!
At least I didn't add Natto to this one ... Mostly every one is able to find dried Shitake mushrooms, aren't you? So this recipe is just a little bit exotic this time - just enough to stay within my reputation....
