To prepare cut the garlic clove in half; if there is a green sprout in the center, remove it. Mash the garlic with the salt. (This tempers the raw garlic taste.) Place the roasted peppers in a food processor or blender. Add the garlic, walnuts, and cayenne pepper, and process until creamy.
