    All-South Barbecue Rub

  • 2 Tbl Salt
  • 2 Tbl Sugar
  • 2 Tbl Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbl Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tbl Chile Powder
  • 2 Tbl Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbl Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 Tbl Paprika

    • Simply mix together. I usually double or quadruple the recipe since it is used liberally.
    * Ok, for you anal types out there, it makes 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon
