Mix it all up in a large crock pot and add enough water to cover the beans and mix again. Cook on low for about 12 hours or until done, stirring occasionally. I'm at high altitude here so you may have to adjust your cooking time. I served these with ribs smoked in the Little Chief smoker and finished in the oven with Jim's Smokin' Chipotle Sauce.
