| Porterhouse Steak with Hoisin Barbecue Sauce | ||
 
Season the steak with salt and pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients. Grill the porterhouse for 5 minutes on each side while basting with the sauce. Serve with grilled scallions and cast iron potato salad.
