    Chile-Cheese Casserole

  • 2 Jalapeno peppers -- seeded & chopped (2 to 3)
  • 1 pound SHARP Cheddar Cheese -- shred
  • 6 Eggs -- beaten
  • Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9" pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool and cut into 1" squares.
