Fish Marinade

    Cajun Fish Marinade

  • 2 c Chablis wine
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 2 t Salt
  • 2 T Creole mustard
  • 1/2 t Ground cayenne pepper
  • Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Use as a marinade, Then as a basting sauce when you cook fish. From Justin Wilson's "Outdoor Cooking With Inside Help"
