Boil beef broth, add beef slowly, till meat separates into small pieces. Cover and simmer 30 min. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate overnight, skim off fat, reheat and serve. Serves six.
