    Crock Pot Chili

  • 2 cans kidney beans 16oz -- drained
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes 14.5oz
  • 2 pounds ground beef -- browned and drained
  • 1 medium onion -- coarsely chopped
  • 1 green pepper -- coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic -- crushed
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt -- to taste
  • Put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
