| Crockpot Turkey Chili | ||

In crockpot, place onion, tomatoes, turkey broth, black beans, and chili seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours. About 1 hour before it's done, add the turkey. Mix it in well. About 1/2 hour before it's done, sprinkle in 2 tbsp masa flour. Whisk it in well. Turn crockpot to HIGH and cook for 15 minutes. If too thick, add a bit more turkey broth or some water. When done, it should be thick, but not too thick. To serve: place 1/2 cup of cooked rice or other grain in a bowl. Top with 1 cup of chili. Place each garnish in separate bowls on the table and let people garnish the chili the way they like.
