1 In a large heavy frying pan heat the oil and fry garlic for 1 minute then
add onion celery and bell peppers reduce heat and sweet down until onion is
soft and translucent.
2 Add chilli peppers stir in about 1 minute increase heat and add meat then
cook until all meat is light brown.
3 Add spices,stock cube and tomatoes stir in and reduce heat allow to cook
for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
4 Add tomato puree and season to taste.
5 Add honey and chocolate.
6 Stir and simmer for 10 minutes then serve.
