Chipotle Mayonnaise

    Chipotle Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano -- dried
  • 2 whole chipotle peppers in adobo -- finely chopped
  • Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Makes about 1 cup Mayonnaise
    NOTES : Chipotle Chiles should be the ones that are canned in adobo sauce and should be finely chopped.
