This is for 1 stick of butter, as thats the way i make em. i just mash em flat between wax paper, no sense in makin a pretty stick outta it, the object is to melt it on somthing.
NOTES : i use 2 parts black to 1 part white pepper corns in my grinder, and kosher salt always.
