    Lady Sysonby's Creamy Horseradish Sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh horseradish -- grated
  • 2 1/2 fluid ounces duble cream -- slightly whipped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Mix in the ingredients in the order given, stirring in the cream very lightly. Stand on ice.
