| No-bake Cocoa Hot Bourbon Balls | ||
 
Stir together crumbs, confectioners sugar, pecans and cocoa. Mix corn syrup and bourbon. Add to dry ingredients, mix well. With wet hands, shape into 1" balls. Roll in granulated sugar, nuts, coconut, or other user's choice* Store airtight in cool, dry place. The longer they are stored, the stronger they get. (this isn't bad) :-) Do a 6 fold recipe --- makes 150 * If desired melt a bag of milk chocolate chips and a scant 1/2 t. of butter in the microwave and dip each and set on wax paper.
