|Mexican Hot Chocolate|
Makes 4 servings
Place chocolate tablet (or chocolate mixture), chile powder and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. When the chocolate has softened, beat mixture with a molinillo or a rotary beater until blended and mixture stops boiling.
Bring to a boil again and beat well over heat. Bring to a boil a third time and beat over heat to produce as much foam as possible. Pour into cups.
Froth with an authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate Stirrer [molinillo] Serve immediately.
