    Mexicano Cocktail

  • Flesh from 1 1/2 pound yellow watermelon, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 6 ounces aged blue Agave tequila
  • 6 cubes ice, crushed
  • 1 cup water, or to taste
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish
  • 6 small spears red watermelon, for garnish
  • In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, tequila, ice, and water. Blend until smooth and immediately pour into chilled stem glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a red watermelon spear.
    Yield: 6 servings
