    Horeseradish/cranberry dip for Thanksgiving

  • 2 cups chopped or processed cranberries
  • 1 small onion
  • 3/4 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 c sugar (I cut this back to 1/2 - 2/3 cup)
  • 2 T. horseradish - use more to taste.
  • Mix together and serve with turkey. This a great cranberry addition for Thanksgiving.
