Admittidly, this site is but one of many Chile recipie sites. I hope you will find this collection unique, benificial and easy to use. These recipies have been ferreted out from every corner of the "universe", with the most important being the Chile-Head mailing list. With its incredible subscriber base and wealth of knoledge concerning everything chile, I could not have created this site without their help. In every case, All information that could be obtained about the origin of these recipies has been documented and appears at the end of each entry. If a recipie does not have the author's or submitters name, I apologise. Furthermore, if you reconise one of these "faceless" recipies as your own, please let me know so that I may give credit where credit is due. Really, some of these dishes are incredible!
