    Orange Rocket Hot Sauce

  • 20 large habaneros
  • 2 large navel oranges
  • 20 dried chile peppers
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 10 small peeled carrots
  • 1/2 cup light karo syrup
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

    stem and seed habaneros peel oranges seed if necessary add all ingrediants to blender and liquifey add water to thin if needed but should not have to can in mason jar with pressure cooker or use with in three weeks
