| Roasted Peppers (Pepper Fool) | ||
 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Blacken peppers over open flame or under broiler (no more than 5 min). Roast Peppers 20 minutes at 375 degrees F. Cool / Steam chiles thoroughly in closed paper bag or covered bowl. Skin, core and seed. Cut flesh into suitable strips or leave whole for stuffing.
