    Lime-ginger Marinade

  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cilantro -- chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root -- grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    • Whisk all ingredients until combined.
