Marinade:
Cut the 1 onion and 4 chile's finely and add to a bowl with allspice and juice
of 3 limes, water, minced garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Vinaigrette:
Chop 1 onion and the bell pepper finely, add vinegar and oil and mix.
Cover the Fish fillets in the marinade and stand for about 1 to 2 hours. Heat
more oil in a pan over a high heat, Dry off the Fish from the marinade and coat
with flour. Place the fish in the pan and fry till golden brown (about 1-2 min
per side.
Place fish on serving platter and spoon over the vinaigrette, top with the juice
from the remaining lime, and enjoy.
Serve with green salad and home made potato chips.
