Place garlic, onion, cumin,salt, pepper, and wine in a food processer and pulse to rorm paste. Rub goat with Adobo and marinate 24 hours in refrigerator. STEW: Add tomatoes, wine and goat meat to pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until goat is dender about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
