|Bbq Turkey Burgers|
Prepare charcoal or gas grill (medium-high heat) or preheat George Foreman Grill.
In large bowl, combine turkey, chiles, cumin, salt and cayenne. Mix well and shape into 3/4" thick patties. Brush them with oil.
Toast buns for a couple of minutes to get good grill marks. Grill burgers for 4 minutes per side, or a bit more, depending on how rare you like them (I love medium-rare). Top burgers with cheese and grill for another minute to melt cheese.
Serve burgers on buns, topped with some spicy BBQ sauce and more chopped green chile.
Serve with salsa.
