| Bbq Turkey Burgers | ||
 
For burgers: Prepare charcoal or gas grill (medium-high heat) or preheat George Foreman Grill. In large bowl, combine turkey, chiles, cumin, salt and cayenne. Mix well and shape into 3/4" thick patties. Brush them with oil. Toast buns for a couple of minutes to get good grill marks. Grill burgers for 4 minutes per side, or a bit more, depending on how rare you like them (I love medium-rare). Top burgers with cheese and grill for another minute to melt cheese. Serve burgers on buns, topped with some spicy BBQ sauce and more chopped green chile. Serve with salsa. From: RisaG.
