|Indonesian Grilled Pork Chops|
In a casserole dish, mix together all marinade ingredients. Whisk well. Add chops and coat well. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Preheat George Foreman Grill (or charcoal/gas grill). When ready to cook, spray with garlic infused oil spray. Put the chops on and cook, about 8 minutes (depending on how thick the chops are). Could take longer. Check inside around 8 minutes. If still red, continue to cook until no longer red inside. I like pork chops a very light pink and still juicy.
Remove and garnish with diced tomatoes and cucumbers.
Serve with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
