|Tex-mex Wrapper Sandwiches|
In food processor, combine beans, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder. Pulse until pureed. Add cheese, red onion and olives. Pulse a few times to break up the rest of the ingredients (you want the rest of the ingredients chunky, not pureed).
Spread the bean mixture over 1 side of each of the tortillas. Roll to enclose the filling. Chill, tightly wrapped in plastic wrap, for 2 hours. Cut into 3/4" slices just before serving.
