I wanted to make Green Chili but could not find a recipe for the Chile Powder. After much research, I found a recipe for Red Chile Powder and adapted it with great results. Of course you can reverse engineer it for a red Chile Powder with you own chilis but I use the same Chile Powder in Red Chili with excellent results.
