| Curried Turkey Salad With Apple & Walnuts | ||
 
INSTRUCTIONS: Combine the turkey, apple, celery, cucumber and walnuts. Fold in the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Yields enough for 6 pita breads. Note: Toast the curry powder in a small nonstick pan over low heat for 1 minute, or until just fragrant, stir often. This will help remove the raw flavor from the curry powder.
