    Mexican Blue Cheese Coleslaw

  • 1/2 head cabbage, grated
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce or 1 tesapoon creamed horseradish
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Combine cabbage and green onions. Mix mayonnaise and horseradish sauce, toss with cabbage and onions. Sprikle with desired amount of blue cheese and the rest of cumin and cilantro.....

    Makes 6-8 servings
