    Coriander Chilli Salsa

  • 500 ml whole tomatoes; fresh or canned
  • 1/2 - 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 stick celery; chopped
  • 1 clove garlic; finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Blend in food processor or blender. Store in refrigerator and use within 10 days.
    Yield: 500 ml
