    Ramon's Salsa Casera

  • 1 White Onion, cut into 1/8 inch dice
  • 6 Plum Tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • 2 large Serrano Chiles, cut into 1/8 inch dice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro Leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Tecate Beer
  • 2 Mexican Limes, juiced
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • A) Place the chopped Onions in a strainer, rinse with hot tap water, and drain.

    B) Combine all ingredients, except Salt, no more than 1 Hour before serving. Mix well. Chill 30-60 minutes.

    C) Add Salt when serving. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Lime Wedges, and Iced Cold Tecate.
