| Roasted Tomatillo-Chipotle Salsa | ||
 
Cut tomatillos in half and lay cut side down on a baking sheet with
onions and garlic. Put under broiler until they start to blacken.
When cool, pulse in food processor with the cilantro, salt, and sugar.
