Husk and wash tomatillos. Do not remove seeds. Place in blender and Puree. Add tomatoes, onion, green chiles and cilantro to mixture. Blend. Pour into a serving bowl. Stir in wine vinegar and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill for one hour. Garnish with cilantro sprigs and serve. Bio: Aida M.
