    Kim's Mango Salsa

  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced jalapeno
  • 1/8 tsp salt and pepper
  • Combine and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
