Mango Peach Salsa

    Mango Peach Salsa

  • about 1/2 of a red bell pepper
  • about 1/2 of a green bell pepper
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 green onions, white and all of the green
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • 1 medium mango
  • 2 ripe peaches (Papaya is also good)
  • about 1-2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • about 2 Tbsp White corn syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • about 1/4 cup Pineapple juice *

    • * (can use orange, mango, pineapple, peach juice or use a mixture of all the juices.)

    Dice Fruits and vegetables very small. Mix the sauce, set aside. Place all of the vegetables and fruit in s glass bowl, add the sauce and mix lightly. Refrigerate until ready to use. Jan This is also good with jerk chicken and grilled pork.
