    Raspberry Tomatillo Salsa

  • 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 fresh red raspberries or 1 cup individually quick frozen, thawed
  • cup red or Bermuda onion, chopped
  • 1 tomatillo, sliced and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve.
