    Coyote Adobe Sauce

  • 1 cup - crushed New Mexico red chiles (pick your variety I prefer Sandia)
  • 4 table spoons of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons crushed mexican oregano
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • salt - dash to 1 teaspoon (I use a dash)
  • 1/8 cup lime juice
  • 3 1/2 cups water

    • Blend ingredients thoroughly in a blender until smooth. Also sometimes I add a 1/8 cup tequila or beer to add to the complexity.
