    Flying Flank Steak

    Marinade:
  • 6 tbsp scallions (both parts) --minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 drop hot sauce
  • juice of 1 lemon
    Steak:
  • 2 flank steaks
  • In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Mix well. Place steaks in a shallow dish. Cover with marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning several times.

    When ready to cook, preheat George Foreman Grill. When hot, remove steaks from dish and let excess drip off.

    Place on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until just pink inside.
