Lukes Habanero-orange Shrimp

    Lukes Habanero-orange Shrimp

  • 16 large shrimp, peeled with tails left on and split
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut oil
  • Chopped Garlic to taste
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Habanero powder (Used Jim C's Smoked Habanero flakes)
  • Bake in a 220 C oven for 7 to 10 minutes, turning once.
