Blend to a paste:

• One half cup chopped Jalapeno's
• One half cup chopped Cerrano's
• One half cup chopped Garlic
• 2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
• Salt to Taste Very important!

Unless you want to blow the top of your head off, remove the seeds from the peppers!

Great for Sandwiches and Burgers, Mix with Mayo or a dip. Really adds life to Soups, Stews and Pasta dishes.
