| Grilled Mushrooms W/ Chile De Arbol Oil & Cotija Cheese | ||
 
In medium saucepan combine the chiles and oil cook slowly for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to steep
for 2 hours. In large bowl combine the vinegar, oil, garlic and parsley mix well add the mushroom to the bowl
and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
