    Honey Dijon Vegtable Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • PROCEDURE:
    Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and blend well. Select the vegetables you wish to marinate. Prep into appropriate sized pieces for grilling. Add the vegetables to the marinade. Cover, and marinate for one hour. Remove the vegetables from the marinade, and finish on the grill.
    Makes 1 cup.
